SKILLED NURSING
Our nursing care is provided in the home by a highly skilled team of RNs and LPNs. Nursing care can include complex or simple wound care, IV therapy, post-operative care, medication teaching and management, and cardiopulmonary assessments.
PHYSICAL THERAPY
Our licensed physical therapists work toward a higher quality of life for patients experiencing health setbacks. Our customized plans include balance training, strengthening, core stabilization, and motor recruitment to improve overall patient mobility.
OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY
Our licensed occupational therapists create customized patient plans to recover the ability to complete activities that are meaningful to the patient. This includes comprehensive evaluations of the client’s home to ensure a safe environment, along with guidance and education for family members and caregivers. Our agency also specializes in lymphedema care through our OT Team.
